Peter Mountford was an absolute gent. He was always ready to come up to town to help his daughter Hazel and myself with any DIY problem. The only hard bit was to stop him working for a break! His love of motor sport led him to enjoy trips to the Goodwood Festival of Speed and I’m sure that Damon Hill would not have won the formula one world championship without Peter’s firm support!
So cheers for Peter, ton up boy, father and petrol head!
